48 Days until NFL Kickoff, and player number 48 in the top 52 PPR Fantasy Football League players countdown is Jaguars RB Travis Etienne.

Jaguars fans are excited for a fresh start this season after former Head Coach Urban Meyer plagued the building last season. Travis Etienne was selected in the first round by the Jaguars and missed all of last season with a foot injury.

Etienne is back this season and will be seeing a major workload with RB James Robinson recovering from an Achilles injury. Etienne was no doubt the most explosive RB in his draft class. Etienne brings lots of value to PPR Fantasy League teams due to his speed and elite pass-catching ability. Etienne's stats at Clemson were unreal, which creates the high-end fantasy potential for his future in the NFL.

Jaguars fans are hopeful that they can replicate some of the Cincinnati Bengals magic, pairing up former college teammates on offense (Joe Burrow & Ja'marr Chase) with Trevor Lawrence and Travis Etienne. Given their chemistry from college, don't be surprised if Lawrence looks to Etienne early and often.

Etienne has the potential to be a low-end RB1 in Fantasy or a high-end RB2. The only concern is once RB James Robinson is fully healthy, how will the offense look. Will Robinson be the feature back, or would Robinson and Etienne split time in the backfield? This is an unknown but truly the largest red flag on Etienne's fantasy value.

Etienne is worth the chance, if Robinson comes back (forcing Etienne to split time) you could pick up an RB2 on the Waiver Wire or Free Agency. Etienne very well could solidify himself early on this season and be a late home-run draft choice in PPR Fantasy Leagues given his explosiveness as well as pass-catching ability. Etienne is a top twenty-five running back in the NFL, who is poised to take the league by storm.
