35 Days until NFL Kickoff, and player number 35 in the top 52 PPR Fantasy Football League players countdown is Indianapolis Colts WR, Michael Pittman Jr.

Pittman Jr. is looking to build off his breakout season in 2021, with new QB Matt Ryan. Last season, Pittman Jr. emerged as the true WR1 in Indianapolis. Pittman Jr.'s breakout season was overshadowed by RB Jonathan Taylor's outstanding season. The change at QB from Carson Wentz to Matt Ryan should be a noticeable change, as Ryan is a more complete passer than Wentz, which should boost Pittman Jr.'s PPR Fantasy Draft stock. As well within the Colts scheme defenses will have to load the box creating more favorable matchups for Pittman Jr.

Pittman Jr. finished last season with 88 receptions (17th), just shy of 1,100 yards (18th), and 6 touchdowns (tied for 25th). Pittman Jr. finished last season as the 17th receiver in the NFL and this coming season that will be his floor. Pittman Jr. will see more success entering his third year in the league looking to find a way into the top ten WR(fantasy WR) conversation. Matt Ryan very well could be the key that unlocks the next level of Pittman Jr., but his ceiling is capped due to the very run-heavy Indianapolis Colts offense.

Pittman Jr. is projected to be a 1,000-yard receiver, score six or more touchdowns, and have about ninety receptions this season. Pittman Jr. is a mid-tier WR2 who has the potential to grow but with a limited ceiling. Pittman Jr. is a great option especially in small member PPR Fantasy Leagues as a FLEX or bench WR. If you are playing in a large member league, Pittman is definitely one of the safest WR2 choices.
